This is a terrible hotel. The management has cheaped out on everything. Took 20 minutes t0 get hot water in the shower and never could get hot water in the sinks even after an hour of trying.
The coffee service in the room is a joke.
Breakfast was cold and there were no microwaves to reheat it.
I’ll never stay here again.

The universal shuttle latest pickup is 9:20 but the park closes at 10. They sent us to wrong spot for pickup at Epic and we ended up getting an Uber. With one elevator out of service it made going and coming a problem . Breakfast was the best I’ve seen for a budget hotel though. They had bacon every day.

Paid over $200 for a room and when we got there 1 out of 2 elevators was out of service! Finally made it to our room with all our luggage and went to get ice. Ice machines were on floors, 3,5 & 7. Made it to 3rd floor and ice machine was out of order so up the hot stairwell to the 5th floor. Check-out was chaotic because of the elevator shortage mixed with cleaning crews trying to get cleaning supplies up the elevators also. Needless to say it was not a good experience
We stayed here for a few days while we visited Universal Studios and Disney World. The shuttle to Universal was great and on time, and we enjoyed the pool and guest laundry services. Staff were very friendly.

Our daughter had bites from this place. They looked like bedbug bites and showed up after sleeping here. She slept on the hideway couch. The pool was infested with spiders.
The staff was amazing. You literally feel like you know them. They are very friendly. The rooms are really nice and spacious. Beds are very comfortable!

The only reason I did not give all 5 stars is because one of the elevators has kit of service and it broke down on us while there and it was very busy.
