I had experience 3 delays and three cancellations at the Miami airport after being there for 11 hours. I was frustrated confused and just tired. It was very late around 11:30 pm. I was in a city I knew nothing about but the pleasant experience with staff at your hotel but me at ease. My room was immaculate, the bed was perfect and I felt safe as a 75 years old single traveler. Thank You, Thank You, Thank you.

I was not impressed with the airport transfer service. We spent about half hour trying to get someone to answer the phone then when the lady answered she said it would take about 30 minutes for the vehicle to get to us. We used alternative transport that took us 6 minutes to get there. That was a let down however once I entered the hotel and could smell the clean I felt I had chosen the right property. The service was commendable so I would definitely use this property again

Love that they have a shuttle to the airport! That was the best. I did not like that there is no self serve laundry washer or dryer. I had to pack wet swim clothes in suitcase for my flight. Front desk didn’t offer any other option either so just did what we had to. But it was a nice stay swimming pool was nice and no trouble with noise.
