The management needs to pay close attention to this review. The event they are pumping into the foyer and into the halls of the hotel is so strong it has made my wife sick. It cheapens the hotel. It’s supposed to be a very light scent. It’s so strong it’s hard to breathe in the hallways and it creeps into the rooms. They apparently need to go visit a high end hotel. There are several in the area. Cut that scent back by 90% it’s extremely overwhelming, cheap and makes for a very bad experience. Other than that it is very nice for the price. If you like very simplistic accommodations. I would have given them a one star but that’s not exactly fair. If they fix this we will be back. If not, we cannot stay here again.

I got locked in the gym hallway because it’s ridiculous you need to scan a room key to leave the gym hallway which my room key did not work? I called the front desk who didn’t sound like they believed me and after getting someone to get me out he said he would notify someone to take care of it the next day, which he did not. Separately for staying over a week, housekeeping changed my sheets and cleaned for one day every 3 days, but on the second third set of days; they got lazy and only changed the towels and didn’t bother cleaning nor doing the sheets. Lastly. There is no laundry service or machines on site so that makes this place disgusting. Overall, new place for over a year with free breakfast and parking, but going to theme parks is inconvenient because you always need to get an Uber/Lyft since there is no shuttle service when there should be one, or at least some public laundry coin machines. So 3/5 stars for me.
