My family loves west gate lakes. 5th year staying here! Great place to stay if you’re visiting the sea world parks. The resort is great, staff communicates in a timely fashion when you need something.

The property and condo was nice….great walking trails and amenities (most of which you pay extra for). The actual condo was nice but not very warm feeling…bright overhead lights above each side of the beds….lamps would be nice bc it’s hard to read or see arch something with the bright light on while your bed partner is trying to sleep. There weren’t any pillows on the couch so the couch was just decent…not super comfortable. Also, the Samsung TVs were outdated….no way to login to Netflix or other streaming services, so we only had access to regular channels. The kitchen had all the basic cookware and plates but none of the basics that you tend to see in other VRBOs like salt and pepper, cooking spray, foil, etc. Overall, it was a decent but not what I was looking for in a condo where we wanted to relax and cook while we were there.

Great Experience!

We had such a great time. The villa was so clean and comfortable. Our host Jake is a super host., easy to reach, and true to his word. I love staying at his properties. I can't wait to stay there again. I give Westgate an A plus.

ASW Cheer Competition

We spent a week here during All Star World’s cheer competition. The property was awesome! So close to the Orange County Convention Center. All of the staff was friendly. Pools were beautiful! Huge property but easy to get around with the walkways and golf carts are available for a ride. Our room was a 2 bedroom and it was newly remodeled. Can’t wait to come back next year. Will plan another stay here for sure!!!!

The resort and amenities are great. I however think they turn over the rooms so fast that they did not clean the room thoroughly. The garden tub in the room was not very clean at all. The jets were very dirty. Overall it was a nice place and had lots to do. Also great location.

We barely could sleep because the multiple air conditioners were just right in front of the patio. Plus, the thin walls therefore we could hear everything that the party goers had to say in the late night. the place needs a lot of work.

Great Location. Fast Responses.

Located in a great area with tons of options for food and entertainment. Only opportunity was the actual check-in at the resort ... took us close to 40 mins from the time we entered to the time we walked about with room keys. Removing that, all other aspects of our trip was A+

Wonderful!

Stayed here for work in the spring and thought my kids would love it. I was right!!! They had a blast!!!! We had a two bedroom villa with our own laundry (lifesaver) and a full kitchen. Everything was clean and well kept. We also had a screened in porch with a great view of a lake. Quite the sunset! They had daily activities that we wish we had time to take advantage of. Can’t wait to try them next year!!!!! Thanks to the staff that was very friendly. We had a great time.
