Great location, nice setup, and good furniture. It’s easy to settle in.
However, there are several issues. The AC is locked between 70–75, so you can’t adjust it. The apartment smelled bad on arrival and wasn’t properly cleaned. Vents and filters were very dirty. Laundry pods were melted, the shower gel was almost empty, and the freezer had old ice that needed cleaning.
Overall, it’s okay if you’re willing to clean and fix things yourself, but these issues should be addressed.
