FOOD
In accordance with Florida law, we are unable to leave open food items in the refrigerator or kitchen closets between guest stays. Therefore, all food items will be removed after each guest checks out, including condiments.
GRILL
Guests are welcome to utilize our Char-Broil stainless steel grill free of charge. We kindly ask guests to refill the propane tank as needed during their stay to ensure uninterrupted grilling enjoyment.
TRASH DISPOSAL
Please ensure that all trash is placed in closed bags and either placed inside the brown box at porch or in front of the curb for pickup daily. It's important to use closed bags to prevent spillage and maintain cleanliness.
CHECK-OUT:
Before you depart, we kindly ask for your assistance in preparing the house for our next guests. Please follow these simple instructions:
• Dirty Dishes: Place all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle. This helps us ensure a clean and tidy kitchen for our next guests.
• Used Towels: Gather all used towels and place them into the washer. Starting the washing cycle ensures fresh towels for our incoming guests.

Please don't be alarmed if you see maintenance personnel on the property during scheduled times. Additionally, the pool and hot tub are professionally maintained and conditioned, with weekly maintenance performed.
