The property is clean, is in a good location, has comfy beds, and is accurately described. The problem is what's missing in the description. The toilet paper and paper towel were not full, and there were no extras. There are no kitchen towels. There is no hand soap in the bathrooms. There was no dishwasher detergent. I reviewed the listing again before leaving my review - none of that is disclosed. Also, it was okay, but the beds did not have fitted sheets, just a top sheet. Our stay was fine, but we would have appreciated knowing what was not included before arriving.

This place was just what we needed. We were wanting something close to the Island H20 waterpark and its literally a 2 min drive. The checkin couldnt have been easier. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Weekend getaway

The neighborhood is a great area! It’s is close to stores and sunset walk. It has restaurants live music and stores around the area. The house is very clean and beautiful has good space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Master bedroom and bath is amazing lots of space. Living room area is a little small. Only thing.. I thought renting this place we would have access to the pools on site… and you don’t.. that’s the only down side.. other than that, the place is great! I would rent again!

Change cleaning reques

We did not enjoy having to gather all of the linens towels and trash prior to our departure. If we are charged a cleaning fee then the service should provide that all of those tasks be taken care of by the cleaning crew. This should not be the responsibility of the guests to have to strip the bed and take all items downstairs as well as gather and dispose of the trash. We have stayed at numerous other locations where this was not required of the guests. Very disappointed.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay. The villa is very well maintained. We love the resort amenities and it’s close to Disney. We will definitely come back for another stay.
