Nice location Resort is beautiful and very safe!Carpets are very dirty and stained.Pool at the house was very dirty.Dishwasher had a broken detergent door.

The location of this property is excellent, I would recommend booking direct with Paradise Palms and NOT with this host. Upon arrival we noticed the patio door didn’t have a firm lock (easily opened with just a slight tug) we did not report it immediately (in hindsight we now wish we had). Someone came into the rental and stole 2000 US dollars. Upon reporting it to the host he did absolutely NOTHING, thankfully he has a good management company in charge as they responded every single time we called and they immediately came to change the lock on the patio door then returned the next day to put an extra lock on the door. I reached out to the owner to request that the code for the front door be changed and never once got a reply. Steer clear and rent elsewhere

April vacation

My family of 8 enjoyed this property. We always stay at Paradise Palms due to the location and the cleanliness of the resort. The condo was great for my family. They were not a lot of cooking utensils but we managed. We also did purchase a griddle for the condo.

The townhouse was beautiful and close to the main clubhouse. The pool and bar/grill was great. I would recommend this unit for rent.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed staying at the property! The checking in process was so smooth! We arrived late and we were supposed to go to the office to check in but we couldn't. We were able to check in without going to the office which really saved us time. The house was so clean and well equipped! We will definitely stay at this place again whenever we visit Florida!
