Overall upon arrival, the house had a smell, towels and all sheets were wet on the bed. The sensors on the back door were off so you could not go outside without the alarm constantly going off. The park/water splash pad is right next door, so it was very loud. Pool was dirty and of course hot tub they wanted additional 40 a night to run, did not use, plus the alarm you could not go outside. There is 3 bathrooms 2 upstairs and one on the main level, if anybody is running any water in the house you had no water pressure nor hot water. Which maintance stated that everything was fine which it is not. Master bedroom is on the upstairs level, not on main floor, so if anybody is playing in the family room, you could not go to bed. Another note tried to do laundry and dryer would not dry. It was actually leaking water, my husband moved dryer and unclogged due to so much lint in the tube. But dryer would not dry, sent maintance out which stated nothing was wrong and they left front door open when leaving. Asked for them to come back just for them to state that we needed to be there, but we where at the parks all day so never had cleaned towels. Please note that getting in and out of complex is hard. Every time you enter you have to show ID and give address, but you could be sitting there for a while as the main building does all locations, traffic lights take forever. All parks are about 30-1 hour away. We will not be staying here again.
