You will love it here! This trendy winter park home will feel like home! Well equipped with all your essentials (Soaps+ COFFEE :) in one of the best Central FL neighborhoods! Only 25 min from MCO, 2 miles to Park Avenue (tons of dining experiences) and close to all major highways.
The space
Two bedroom home is very spacious and has a great open layout. It is remodeled and well cared for, with a peaceful outdoor covered/screened patio and Adirondack chairs in the back around a fire put. A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, but also very close to everything! Some of our top recommendations would be the Wine Room, Gideons Bake Shop (located in a shared eatery with a garden in front!, Kellys Ice Cream, and exploring the green spaces and lake views of Rollins College.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony or patio. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
