Located in Kissimmee near all the parks -- enjoy all what our lovely, newly renovated 2-bedroom townhome has to offer. This superb property features 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, washer and dryer in the house, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Premier location on the resort -- only steps from all amenities and activities. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Our allergy friendly (no carpets or pets) house is situated in the family friendly resort Fantasy World Resort with its own waterpark and a multitude of amenities right outside the door to keep everyone entertained. Close to many restaurants, Walmart, Target, grocery stores, and shopping. Resort fees are included in the price! Only 10 to 20 minutes to Disney, Universal, and Sea World.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great location both in the city and also within the community (right next to the pool). Andreas was great about checking in and making sure our needs were met.
