Damage to the property committed by any guest or person while property grounds, including but not limited to common areas and/or property amenities, guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, decor or linens, will incur additional charges that will be assessed to the guest or person, which is subject to the type and extent of the damage, per Resort Management’s discretion, but not to exceed 120% of fair replacement value.
