House includes 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Open concept living and dining area with spacious full kitchen. *CHILD FRIENDLY* environment with in-unit amenities to make your stay a little easier - including high chair, pack n' play(w/ sheets), children's plates/silverware, step stool in upstairs bathroom, baby monitor, pair of removable blackout shades, kids toys/games, spare bottle brush if needed!

The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, cookware, salt, pepper, K cup coffee, sugar and creamer.

Starter pack of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper are provided

Bathrooms are equipped with a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, towels and face clothes.

Pool towels are provided to you by the resort pool. The house towels are not for pool use.

NO PETS ALLOWED

You must be 25 years of age to rent this property. Our home will provide you with a starter pack for guests, longer stays will require the purchase of any additional supplies needed. No parties are allowed at this property. All vehicles are to be parked in the driveway and across the front of the driveway. No blocking the roadway.

Regal Palms charges a mandatory resort fee of $20.00 a day/plus tax (per household, not per person) - this daily fee covers your entire party for a maximum of 10 people and each member will be provided their own wristband. Wristbands grant you access to the pool area, lazy river, waterslide, game room, spa, clubhouse and gym area. Spa services are at an additional cost.

Trash is to be placed in trash bags and put into the trash barrel located next to the rear patio. Trash will be picked up by staff on a rotating schedule.

**Please avoid leaving the doors open - Florida has a warm climate. Leaving doors open invites humidity and/or bugs and pests into the home.

Guests have access to all resort amenities after paying the mandatory fee charged by Regal Palms Resort: pool, hot tubs, lazy river, waterslide, sauna, steam room, playground, volleyball court, health club, arcade/game room, business center, grilling area, computer station, tour and ticket sales area at front desk, 24 hour receptionist and 24 hour guarded gate
