The Master, 2 other bedrooms, & living room have TV’s. Regal Palms charges $22.40/day (+tax) per house for guests to have access to the above amenities. The Resort Fee is excluded from the rental rates quoted and paid at booking and is payable on arrival at the Resort. Guests won't be given access to the subdivision and to the house if they don't pay the daily resort fee upon arrival.
