•Security Hold: A $300 pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card to cover any incidental charges. This is just a hold and will be released after your stay if everything checks out.

🚗Parking Guidelines:

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, guests and visitors are only permitted to park in the two parking spaces in front of the Cottage as per the community bylaws. Parking along the side of the street or on the pavement or sidewalk is strictly prohibited.

🐾 Pet Policy:

We love welcoming furry friends! Well-behaved dogs up to 30 lbs are allowed, with a limit of two dogs per home. The pet fee is $40 per night, per dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can approve your request.

~A few important guidelines:

•Dogs must be on a leash when outside or in unfenced areas.

•Pets should never be left unattended in the home.

•Unauthorized pets will incur a $75 daily fee.

•Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Certified service animals are always welcome and exempt from these fees and restrictions.

•Air conditioning must not be set below 70° or heat set above 78° and the fan setting should not be changed from Auto.
