The Space:

Soft Florida light filters through the wide living spaces as you settle into a villa built for time together after full days exploring Central Florida. Mornings begin at an easy pace with coffee in hand around the kitchen table, while evenings invite movie nights, friendly competition in the game room, or a relaxing soak after the parks. The gated Solara Resort setting offers a comfortable retreat that balances privacy with easy access to Orlando’s most visited attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms provide a mix of privacy and flexibility for large groups. Bedroom 1 features a king bed downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and sleeps two. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king bed with ensuite bathrooms, sleeping two each. Bedroom 4 offers a king bed for two guests. Bedroom 5 includes one king bed and one queen bed, accommodating four. Bedroom 6 contains two queen beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom, sleeping four. Bedroom 7 provides a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full) with a Jack and Jill bathroom, also sleeping four. The home includes 5.5 bathrooms, allowing multiple guests to get ready comfortably at the same time. Overall the villa sleeps 16+ guests across 11 beds.



Living spaces

Two distinct living areas give everyone room to spread out. A spacious family room with ample seating anchors the home, while a dedicated movie theater room sets the scene for relaxed nights in. The adjacent game room adds extra entertainment for downtime.



Kitchen & dining

A large kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances supports everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. Multiple indoor dining areas make gathering for meals simple, whether you’re feeding a full house or keeping things casual between activities.



Outdoor living

Step onto a private patio with outdoor seating, a private pool, and a hot tub. A BBQ grill and comfortable furniture invite you to enjoy the outdoors year‑round in Florida’s consistently warm climate, whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down after a day at the parks.

The villa is pet‑friendly and includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and a dedicated workspace. Family‑friendly touches such as a Pack ’n play are provided, and self check‑in with a smart lock makes arrivals easy. Resort access lets you enjoy nearby shared facilities whenever you like.



Neighborhood

Located in Kissimmee, the home is a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other major attractions, making it an ideal central base for large families or groups seeking space, comfort, and convenience.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (2) spots designated in the driveway but you can park an extra vehicle in the overflow parking lot around the corner.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
