This is a gorgeous home in a gated community and offers access to a state of the art resort. Enjoy the best amenities in the best location to enjoy the area parks and attractions. The $35 or $45+tax resort fee is charged to the guests upon first arrival at the Clubhouse. Please send a copy of the receipt from the Clubhouse to us on the app for a refund, so you can enjoy no guest fees. The resort is cashless, so be sure to have a card handy for anything at the Clubhouse.
