We are using it regularly, we take good care of it, for you and us to really enjoy.

We decorated the Adventure around the World Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one.

The villa offers a South facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture.

Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.

There are 3 bedrooms; the pirate and princess room will accommodate 3 young adventurers, the Harry Potter room is equipped with a queen size bed and finally the jungle bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, with one ensuite to the jungle room.

The villa offer a south facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.

Our garage has been converted to a game room with a 7 foot pool table, air hockey and foostable in a nice Cars theme decor! You will enjoy!!!

Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Indian Ridge Oaks , which has its own children’s playground, community swimming pool and tennis court.

We are located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate. We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

Stayed 4 nights with friends to go to Theme Parks. It was easy to get to and from both Universal and Disney parks within a 30 minute drive. Walmart is right down the street. Neighborhood is really quiet.The house is perfect for 2-4 adults, think it would be too small for much more. The pool is nice and private with surrounding vegetation and neighboring fences. I would definitely stay here again!

Great home for families.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It has everything from beach chairs, beach umbrella and toys which we took advantage of, saving us so much money for other fun things. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The rooms were decorated fun, and even had a few dress up clothes for the kids. Landry pods and dryer sheets were helpful as we forgot them. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip a little smoother with all the amenities of home.
They have a mickey mouse waffle maker.

Decent but disappointing

The property was well located and superficially looked great. The hot water in the en suite did not work. Upon being explained that you had to let the water run for three minutes, the water then became too hot and impossible to adjust. It took the property manager days to respond to my concern. As well, some of the items throughout the house were Worn down. Most concerning was the ladder for the bunkbed, which did not properly attach. This became a huge safety issue for us. The dishwasher did not properly wash the dishes so we had to do it by hand. The air conditioning was controlled and we repeatedly had to adjust it to our comfort since we were not allowed to modify the schedule. We requested pool heat, and pool heat was not provided. Although the thermostat said it was 85, we purchased an independent thermostat and it recorded at 76. We wanted to give our business to independent people, but next time we’re going to stick to All Star vacation homes. The permit also appeared expired.

Excellent location for visiting parks. Quite clean easily accessible neighborhood with nearby stores, restaurants, and whatever you may want or need. Comfortable and clean property that we all loved.. it was an excellent stay for the whole family.

Lots of Fun Close to Disney

Great stay, lots to do in house. Food and Disney close. House is well stocked with things you need for all ages. Owners accessible and responsive. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean, but gave 4 stars for cleanliness because you could tell the cleaning crew skipped over some of the areas they thought to be lower traffic.

Wonderful stay at the villa

Loved everything about the Villa. Nice area, close to stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes or so to all things Disney. Pool was wonderful. I am so glad it was suggested to pay to heat the pool- it was nice and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Nice house in an "OK" neighborhood.

The house is very nicely decorated but rather dark inside (needs more lighting). We really didn't spend much time there aside from sleeping, all of it was spent at the Disney parks. The development is close to Disney World (15-20 minutes drive time to the parks) but some of the surrounding neighborhood houses appear rather sketchy. We paid for the pool heater, but didn't use it, no time and the weather was rainy/chilly. The house was not spotless - we found some hair, dust, and food wrappers were left around. The owner's have many "rules" to be followed and late check in and early check out which was inconvenient. I would stay on site at a Disney resort next time. This rental home is best for large families who need more space than a hotel room offers and who aren't spending every day at he Disney Parks.

This home was clean and spacious. Lots of little details that made our stay more enjoyable from kids toys to provided shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and stain remover. My kids loved the pool and the game room. We had an issue with smoke detector needing to be changed out and they were very responsive and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We are so pleased with our vacation and everything that this home offered! It is clear that the owners have considered every angle of what guests might need and thoughtfully provided them. Our children ages 15, 11, and 8 would’ve lived in the pool if we let them! When they weren’t in there, they were having competitions in air hockey and pool! The home was comfortable, clean and a perfect distance to anything you’d need, including all of the Disney Parks! We’ll definitely be back again!

Great place to stay!

The villa was amazing for our family of four! It’s centrally located to all the Disney/ Orlando fun! We were able to unwind after long days at the parks, grill, swim in the pool and play in the game room! The bedrooms were decorated cute and the kiddos loved the themes! Highly recommend!

Christmas in Orlando

The property was exactly as shown on the listing. We chose it for the comfort of a home away from home for Christmas. The pool and the game room were great for the days in-between parks and other activities. Choose to grocery stores and other stores. Easy from the big parks and airport. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving Holiday in Orlando

The property was warm and welcoming. Many areas were as described in the listing. The property is in a community with standard size streets so navigating to the property was a bit challenging given the number of vehicles parked in the street making it difficult to see the listing address. Once found it was easier to navigate and plenty of parking in the driveway. The secondary bedrooms were without hangers but there were plenty available in the master bedroom closet to be shared to the others. We also found small ants in the kitchen and one of the secondary bedrooms that were likely attributed to candy wrappers found and items in the kitchen. Alerting the owner, they were very apologetic and making them aware the issue could be addressed with the cleaning service. A few items throughout the house are worn and may need replacing such as the barstools at the kitchen counter and a couple of towels. A good maintenance check to tighten screws here and there on tables, chairs, and knob pulls as well replace light bulbs too. All easily able to be remedied with a deep clean and maintenance visit to bring things back up to 5 stars quickly. Given the end of summer season and start of the holidays, these issues were forgivable and the owners were a true pleasure to work with. They even went out of their way to take care of a dead rabbit in the backyard that my children found “sleeping”. We normally would have moved the rabbit but didn’t see a shovel for disposal. Solid 4 out of 5 stars!

Family stay in Kissimmee

Great place for a family to stay for a Florida/Disney vacation. Right off the toll road so be sure to get a sunpass for your trip because you will be taking the toll road a lot! House has a nice set up and great for kids of all ages.

Nice house close to all the parks

All in all the house was nice, clean, easy to get to. Our son loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We were a little bummed that the furniture in the house didn’t match the pictures and it wasn’t very comfortable. We especially picked this house for the comfy looking couches because of everything we had planned, it is always nice to come back and relax on the couch. However these couches had bars in them so you couldn’t
