Location is great. The house was clean and wonderful for our large family. We were so happy there were high chairs/boosters for the littles. The kitchen has everything you need & two coffee makers. The bigs enjoyed the play room and everyone loved the pool & hot tub. Very close to Animal Kingdom & Magic Kingdom. There are two grocery stores close by as well. 2 things I’d recommend - 1. requesting the number of towels you need. Since check in isn’t until 4 you won’t realize you don’t have enough until it’s too late to call. We did find the beach towels on day 2 soured in the washer and some in the dryer. There were very few bath towels per bedroom. 2. there is cable but you can only get to it with a Roku and there was only one downstairs for 3 TVs. I know there was at least one upstairs but not one for each TV. We aren’t big TV people so we didn’t notice it until the night the adults wanted to watch a game and the folks who didn’t had to find a Roku to turn theirs on/change streaming. I’d just ask them to confirm there is one per TV prior to arrival. *Instructions on how to get to cable in the book would be helpful. Loved it, would stay there again!
