The Space:

Morning light spills across the open living area, inviting you to stretch out after a night of theme‑park excitement. The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen as laughter bubbles from the kids’ themed bedroom, where a ball‑pit and arcade game await. As the day winds down, the flat‑screen TV glows in the living room, offering a cozy spot for the whole family to unwind together.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king size beds, walk‑in closets and their own bathrooms, providing privacy for adults. The third bedroom is a playful retreat for children, with a bunk bed that has a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a walk‑in closet, a bathroom, and a stash of toys, costumes and a ball pit. One bedroom is located downstairs, while the two king‑bed rooms are upstairs.



Bathrooms & laundry

Three bathrooms serve the family, each stocked with bathroom essentials and a bathtub for added comfort. A washer and free in‑unit dryer make longer stays and family travel easier.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and a layout that keeps conversation flowing between cooking, dining and the living area. Whether you’re brewing coffee for an early start or gathering around the table for dinner after a day at the parks, the space feels both functional and welcoming.



Family‑friendly features

Beyond the themed bedroom, children can explore an indoor play area filled with toys, a tent, books and an arcade game, giving them room to imagine while adults relax nearby. A dedicated workspace and free Wi‑Fi ensure you can stay connected if needed.



Community amenities & parking

Free parking on the premises accommodates two vehicles. Guests also enjoy shared community amenities, including a pool and a gym, perfect for a refreshing swim or a quick workout between adventures.



Neighborhood

Located in Kissimmee, the home offers easy access to Orlando’s theme parks while providing a quiet, family‑focused base. The setting stays comfortable year‑round, letting you focus on time together rather than the weather outside.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
