Well, here's the thing. We reserved a one-bedroom suite with a pull-out couch for our 12-year-old son. When it came time to turn the couch into a bed we realized that it wasn't actually a bed. The couch folds down and is on the floor. It feels like a box spring and it is on the ground. The sheets that we were given wouldn't even fit it. They ended up sending somebody else to try to make it accommodating, but to say the least, it was very very uncomfortable. It should not be advertised as a pull out sofa as it is not. Also, the parking situation is not very clear and there weren't very many people to explain how that actually works. I've stayed at many a town place suites, but would never recommend this one.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good assessment with whatever was left after the early rush. The pool / bar was really nice. Room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Didn’t seem Like there was an option to arrange only To find out that there is housekeeping so I am not sure why our room was left off (maybe because we have a kitchenette) Had to call down for fresh towels every day and it wasn’t assumed that towels are needed everyday.

Hotel was full and breakfast served did not catch up. Buffet Food usually finished 30min to 1 hour before the end of breakfast. Always big line ups waiting for the kitchen to restock basic things like bread, eggs and so.
