We loved this place. Super convenient to Epic Universe (you can walk to the front gate in less than 5 minutes) and the facade is really impressive in person. Massive pool, decent food. All in all we would highly recommend.

Room was not very clean. There were hairs visible on bed and pillow sheet had stains. Also hairs visible in bathroom. Mostly the food was really bad. Threw away more than half of the food. Staff was friendly.

I was notified at check-in that housekeeping was only every other day and we would miss it even though we were staying two nights. I asked for an exemption and the front desk person told me to text in the morning and ask for housekeeping for the room. The next morning I texted and asked for housekeeping to make our beds, take out the trash and replace the towels and they instructed me that they would not. They said they would empty the trash and bring by clean towels. I asked them three times nicely to send housekeeping to our room while we were out at the amusement parks and each time they told me no. The in room coffee supplies were not restocked either. Since when does a two nights stay not include housekeeping? We will not be staying at that resort again.

Spacious room and a great view of the pool area. food options were limited but what was there was good. Super close to the new park and the transportation to the other parks was nice.

All is new and perfectly upkept. 6 big elevators, mostly no delays. Rooms with ample space, very big closets with enough hangers for us 3 for 2 days. The safe in the room is very wide and deep, enough for laptops of typical size. Beds are extremely comfortable, not just because we are very tired after a full day in the park. Good space in 4 drawers and over furniture. Shower soap was bar soap, not in dispenser. Sofa gives extra space and comfort. Hallways and doors are wide enough to use the luggage carts easily. Blackout curtains really do their job. Cleaning service to the room is every other day but all you can need can be requested through text message. Luggage storage has lots of capacity and they take your lugagge before check in and after check out to conveniently enjoy the parks and/or hotel amenities. Can also park at the hotel before check in to go to the park. The shuttle is very convenient, included Epic Universe Park, but the path to walk to Epic is also very convenient, safe, and not long.
