We had an amazing and epic stay at the hotel, everything was spot on, from the hotel, facilities, staff friendliness, every little detail was perfect. Great breakfast options as well, highly recommend staying here and convenient for going to the parks

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The shuttle buses to the parks are convenient and run on a frequent schedule. Food was a little expensive on site but very good and tasty. Great place to stay if you’re visiting the epic universe park. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute shuttle ride to city walk and the other universal parks so if you’re only visiting those parks during your trip I’d probably recommend one of the hotels closer to those parks.

Was a little let down

The hotel lobby is very hollow and loud. The room was clean but small. I found the bed to be too soft and the linens were too thin. The food court was good. The hotel charges $30/D parking. This does NOT allow you to park at their theme parks without a second parking fee, so if you're handicapped and choose to take your own car, you have to pay for parking twice.

This hotel is new and so close to Epic. The shuttles were so easy and frequent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Terra Luna was very nice and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and shuttles were always available with little to no wait time. The rooms were very nice and clean. My only complaints would be the lighting and light switches in the rooms were not practical imo. Switches were the flat push kind and I had to really push to get them to come on. Lighting was small can lights that didn’t give off a lot of light. Also, the doors going in and out only open with the handicap automatic push button. I saw several ppl try to come back in from the pool and not know how to get the doors open. There’s no sign just says automatic doors. Other than that it was great!

Staff at check in were great, but no housekeeping during our 2 night stay due to policy, lights were eco so would go out if they didn’t monitor movement, went out when in shower! so felt more like a hostel than anything else

A fantastic hotel! Clean, tidy and brand new. Great facilities and amenities. My only recommendations for improvement are minor, like the addition of make up mirrors, provision of shower gel (rather than skin drying soap bats) and better recycling facilities. Other than that we had a great time and really recommend the hotel.
