Beautiful, large home. It was definitely worth paying for the pool heat and use of grill. The host was quick to respond when I needed some assistance with things. I would stay here again. We were about 25 minutes to Disney and 45 to Universal. The area was safe and the clubhouse amenities were excellent. Great house for a large group.

January.. we didn’t pay to heat the private pool and were pleasantly surprised the Oasis Club hot tub, pool, and even the water park were open. And the house itself was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner did miss a message at the end of our trip but it wasn’t anything urgent.

We wish the temperature of the spa/pool were warmer. You can tell things have wear and tear and need a fresh update. But over all it was a beautiful place, that my family, enjoyed spending together. And the house accommodation everyone nicely. One of the perks was the amount of king/Queen needs vs twins.

Our hosts were very responsive! This property is very strict on security and the host was very proactive in helping us navigate any issues we might encounter. My only complaint is that the property charges to use the grill, which feels like a basic amenity at a vacation home that should be included.

Beautiful home wonderful hosts.

This house is beautiful with lots of space for everyone. It was very clean and had something for everyone. The hosts were wonderful at communication and responding immediately. Check in was easy and smooth with great directions. I left a valuable and sentimental necklace there when we left and they did everything to get it back to me. They were amazing with that,and it was so appreciated!! a couple things that we noticed that could be done to make the stay better was that there were no hotpads in the kitchen so we kept burning ourselves trying to take things out of the oven with a towel. Also a couple pool towels would be great to put in the house since there was only 1bath towel each. The last house we rented in the same neighborhood had 8 pool towels. When you fly you cant pack those and they are 15 dollars per towel at the club house to purchase. Last thing is the blankets on the bed were extremely light and only one blanket. Were were all freezing every night. Some extra blankets in each bedroom would be highly recommended. Otherwise overall a wonderful stay. Thanknypupurchase thing couole things

Thanksgiving at universal studio

The home was beautiful!! We had an awesome time. There was just some things thst was left behind like funongs from the last family. Hair was in the tub and on the floor. Ine of the bed sheets was dirty. The outside of the house need to be power washed. Some of the sinks faucets in the bathroom was nit working if there was two sinks. The hot sude was cut off. There is a dent on the frig diir. One if the theaters chair was ripped. The master bedroom was cold no heat coming out of the vent. . But overall it was a great place and it was our first AB&B.

Good property in need of work

Overall the property was acceptable, there was a fairly high number of damaged parts to the house. (Walls, toilet paper holders, etc.) The electronics felt dated and the oven specifically didn't cook very well.(didnt even know ovens still come without a convection setting) During our stay there was a number of times we had to contact security due to loud neihbors in the surrounding area partying til security was contacted at 2 am. Great space for group!

This worked really well for the group of us coming from out-of-state for an event. Plenty of bed-beds (bunk beds can be hard for athletes) and bathrooms which is critical for a group for sure. Nice spaces and amenities for the group while offering every couple in the group their own space. Worked well, communication was good even when we briefly set off the fire alarm and it was easy to get us all in and out as needed. Lovely stay!
