Can't beat the price! Clean and nice staff. Perfect for a one night stay close to the Central Zoo and lots of dining options close by.

I don’t think my room was cleaned beforehand at all except for the sheets, towels and trash. There were dried up contacts and food bits on the floor, which was all slippery. And the countertops and tub had visible gunk and hair all over them. Front desk staff were all very lovely though.

The A/C didn’t seem to be working in the hallways or lobby. The first room I was assigned was not clean and the beds weren’t made. In the second room, it was very hot when we walked in because the A/C hadn’t been turned on. The TV remote also didn’t work, so we weren’t able to watch TV. The hotel had a strong smell of Pine-Sol mixed with marijuana. Overall, it was disappointing, especially since I’ve stayed at WoodSpring Suites before and had a better experience at other locations.

Hidden deposit fees that still have not been reimbursed. Very rude staff when I was trying to read the multi-page paperwork that I was required to sign.

The hotel had a horrible smell to it. The sheets were dirty stains and who knows what else. There were pubs in my bathtub and on my toilet. I was honestly afraid to go to sleep cause I thought I would get eaten but bed begs.

The hotel did not have a single hair dryer. Room was lit up like daylight due to the lights outside. The lady was on the phone and placed her phone behind a sign on the counter while I was checking in. She made it seem like, I was interrupting her personal phone call. Very poor customer service.

The room smelled of smoke and musty air. Even tho it has a small kitchenette, there are no glasses,utensils,coffee maker or salt pepper sugar and salt. No places to sit and relax outside. Not to mention that the room was kinda dirty. If you just need a place to sleep for cheap,it will do.
