the room was spacious I did like. The staff wasnt very friendly I only stayed for one day paid for early check in, when returning to the hotel at 1am after our event the key didnt work I was told to go down to front desk which I did all they did was took the key from me while I was giving the explantion and tagged it again during this time not one word was said... we were exhausted at this point being 1am.. atleast say something like sorry for the inconvenience. The lobby, elevator and hallway also have no AC so your in the humid heat till getting in your room, I will not stay here again.

the access road is a one way with no other access...if you need to go to a service station or a grocery store, you have to drive under the interstate highway and back around to get back in

Was okay. But we were flying out next day and I had called and asked if I could leave car there for a fee. Was told no. So had to get up earlier to leave car somewhere else. As I was checking out I heard someone say something about leaving their car. Was definitely not happy about misinformation.
