The lady at check in asked to see my credit card and then swiped it without asking me and when I asked her what she just did she said it was the $50 security deposit. But she never asked me she just asked to see my card and then swiped it- wasn't even going to tell me what she did until I asked.

Hotel is clean and modern. My room was missing a light bulb that made it pretty dark on one half of the room. I completed the online pre check in that was asked via a text message so I completed it with the understanding that once my room was ready I could just get my key and go but that was not the case. When I went to get my room key the front desk made me refill out all the precheck in requirements and charged me twice for the hotel hold. Even after I told them I did the precheck in process. Only 1 hold has dropped off I hope the other does soon. There seems to be a disconnect between the staff and the company as a whole in their process.

Very nice hotel

Very nice location. Convenient to airport. Did not use shuttle but saw it picking up often. A nice amenity if needed. The gentle that checked me in was very generous and pleasant, going above and beyond for an early check in. Would stay here again if in the area.
