Good options were limited. Definitely need to use Door Dash. Breakfast not worth the cost. The cost was higher than what was advertised online. I did the online check in that sent to me only to find that this hotel does not do the online check in. Took the shuttle from the airport (great service) to only stand in line with everyone else on the shuttle. The outlets in my bathroom did not work.

Great hotel, staff was nice & polite. That being said I noticed some hair in the shower when I checked in, and I can't ignore how thin the walls are. AC seems to be humid in the corridors on floors 2+. Not much dining in the area but it was close to the airport and Florida Mall.

Room was very nice and overall clean. Front desk staff were unfriendly and quite rude. I received a phone call prior to my arrival by a gentleman who was very rude and disrespectful. He wanted my payment info although I told him I selected “pay on site” thru my Expedia reservation, but also I did the hotels online check-in thru their link, prior to his call. He said he “could not see that info, this is the front desk. Are you coming or not?” Then at check-in I was charged an additional $50 security deposit and extra for parking. I stayed at this hotel because it was nearby my providers office. With the online check-in it asked if I had any special requests, and I said extra pillows. However, we did not have extra when we arrived. They weren’t needed until the following day so we waited. When my husband went down to ask for more pillows (4) he was told I could only get 2, he told them 4 were needed and they still said only 2. This was the same person that called me the day before. When the housekeeper delivered the pillows, he was nice enough to come back with an additional 2 after my husband explained the reasoning for 4. It was not disclosed until check out about the parking fee. My parents are long-time Wyndham owners so this is very disappointing that the hospitality at this hotel was so poor. Also, the hallways were miserably hot and muggy. I felt bad for the housekeepers that have to work in that all day.
