TV guide/lack of channel issues. But great stay

Only one negative thing to say about this hotel. The TV guide doesn't work at least in the room that we were in and channel selection could be better. Other than that no complaints. Staff was extremely friendly and the room and hotel condition was excellent. I've already booked another stay for next month. Very convenient to local attractions so you can't go wrong booking here.

We chose to stay here as it was close to Universal Studios. The location is fine with the outlet mall nearby. Overall, it was an OK stay, while the place was clean the sheets were super scratchy and definitely needing replacing. Some street noise but that’s to be expected. Unfortunately the building has the heat on and it was hard to sleep.

Very comfortable bedding, AC nice and quiet. This property is spotless. The only thing that did not work well was the barcode to order food instead of the menu inside the room. The app jut didn't work. We did not eat breakfast, but found the menu very appealing and priced well. Please change the coffee brand, i dont care for Starbucks, but it was on the very thin side.

Nice room for a low price. No issues to note. Only thing I didn’t like was the motion sensor lights but I won’t knock the rating for that. Would definitely stay here again.

Last minute one nighter
