Good hotel, but not great.

Our stay at Wyndham Garden Orlando Universal was good. The shower was excellent and refreshing after a long day at Universal Studios. The surrounding area felt safe, although wasn't the most appealing. Having an IHOP nearby was nice for breakfast and the hotel is very close to Universal.

The property was less than 5 min from universal which was great since we went to volcano,Walking distance to several stores and Resaurant . Hotel was clean and easy to check in we stayed in 2 bedroom suite the sitting area was nice

Nice/but early check in for a fee.

Hotel was nice and clean, rooms were perfect, close to all attractions. The only downside is that we got in early due to an early flight, & had to wait until close to 4 pm to check in. I asked as a courtesy if we could check in early, but they wanted us to pay like a $50 fee. I know they have a time; however other hotels do accommodate they're guests if they come early & not charge a fee. So don't expect to check in early here.

Nice place. Very clean. Lots of dining and eating options nearby. Close to universal and about a 20 min drive from downtown Orlando via I-4. The restaurant inside was nice. A bit pricey for some menu items but everything tasted fresh and delicious. Even the snacks at the shop were, not exactly convenience store prices, but cheaper than most other hotel prices. (I.e. a regular kitkat is $2) The staff was also friendly. The only con to the staffing is that they only had one person at the front desk so during check in, i had to wait between 10-15mins because of the line, and at checkout, i waited about 5 mins, before someone showed up. But everyone was friendly and nice.

To start off this hotel was so CLEAN. While booking I kept searching for hotels that were updated and most importantly clean and I’m glad I chose this one. We only stayed a night but our room was very nice and had everything we need even a Keurig machine. Bed and sheets were fresh and the hotel is nice. I utilized the gym and was able to walk to pickup my food. We had a pleasant and restful stay. I would definitely come back.

I thought this hotel was nice and it was in a convenient location ! The room was nice. The shower pressure was amazing lol. The bed was not the coziest . It was definitely on the harder side . Pool was a little small , but gets the job done in this heat, lol. The parking wasnt the greatest , seems like very limited , but luckily we did get a spot every time we parked. Overall great experience. Easy check in and check out ! The stagg was always great as well !
