Our stay there eceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean. Small, but very efficient use of space. The beach view was incredible. Will definitely go there again.

Adequately sized and super clean

The condo was very clean and neat. Be sure to read the description though. These rooms are tiny. There is a murphy bed and a small sleeper sofa. If you're looking for large and spacious, this isn't it. But if you're looking for adequately sized, super clean and neat, and fantastic views, this is it. No property specific, we had a 3 yr old with us and weren't thrilled about having to watch for vehicle traffic on the beach during the day. When the tide is high there's not much room to play in the sand without having to watch for 4x4 trucks rolling by. It was our 1st time at a Florida beach and we didn't realize that before we went.

The property was great. It was quiet, easy parking, beach access and a swimming pool. Our unit was not clean. The floor was very dirty, A broom hanging on the wall was broken. It has a Murphy bed which would be ok except it was not comfortable at all. We were given 3 sets of thin towels and no bath mat. The furniture was not comfortable to sit on either. This unit drastically needs some attention. I would not recommend Symphony Beach Club.

Convenient but over priced for what it is. I noticed that some of the rooms were better kept up with but 204 needs to be remodeled instead of painting over damaged and worn out building materials. Its the beach and that particular unit needs better upkeep. Convenient none the less...

Although the condo was small, it was fine for our stay. The dehumidifier needs to be replaced the bucket has mold in it. The rest of the condo, although dated, was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Would stay again.

Great place for a couple!

Good place to stay, communication was great. Unit had everything ready. This facility is not pet friendly but the beach in front is. Pool was clean but small, grill access was easy with propane. Covered parking for very small vehicles only. Smaller room but perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and the elevator worked perfectly. Close to everything you need with a good view.

The whole room was so uncomfortable! The dining table was a tiny table with two barstools and the couch was a hard leather couch with no softness.Not a place I was willing to comeback to after a day at the beach.Reached out and let them know that it was not a good room and was told there was nothing else available..ended up leaving that hour to another hotel…I understand it’s a condo but if your going to let people rent out their places at least make sure it is comfortable I’m 6’1 that table and chairs was definitely out of the question along with the hard leather futon

Pros: *The property was adorable. Loved the cute pool area. The location was unbeatable. Will go back, just not to same room. Cons: *only a door handle lock. (No deadbolt - chain lock was broken/removed) *beach towels are very small (nice to have them offered!) *bathroom: -water pools quite high while showering due to drain being installed higher than the low point of shower floor - ick -simple fixes to make it look better -- shower curtain - grommets rusting --shower shelf is rusting and marking rust marks on tile --replace/remove toilet brush - old and dirty looking --bathroom sink water pressure is VERY low *building bathrooms are locked after 5:00 (would be nice to be later for when coming in quick from beach - especially since there's a code to use)

We stayed in the room closest to the pool on ground level. Our reservation was for 8 nights. We left 3 days early due to uncomfortable living situations. We paid to go to another hotel. This room is listed for 4 people. There is NOT enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This room would be fine for 2 adults only. The Murphy bed is SO LOUD when getting in and out and moving around. You have to put the Murphy bed and sofa bed up every day to be able to move around the room. The drawers are broken, which is a BIG deal because you need to use the storage for clothes since the room is so small! It does have a nice little kitchen area, with a stove, and microwave. The room is also listed as oceanfront, it is steps away from the beach, however, when you sit outside of the room on the bench you are facing cars and have a ledge in front of you. This would have been nice to know, then I would have paid for a balcony room instead of “oceanfront”. I believe listing the rooms with honest amenities would be nice. They do have laundry as well, however, you can only use it between 10a-5p (last load at 4pm). How inconvenient! The staff was polite and helpful. Our A/C was out the first night and it was fixed within hours of letting them know. You can drive on the beach in this area.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much we spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the ocean one real cool thing was that we could see Cape Canaveral from our balcony and we watched SpaceX rocket take off and the astronauts that went up Friday we would stay there again for that price

Not worthy your money stay away

The place it’s outdated. Mostly old original from the 70s. It’s not worthy the money they charge on your stay. There are much better places cheaper in Daytona. Microwave it’s small not modern for cooking. Bed it’s a Murphy bed very soft and will be terrible on your back. No good ocean view. Very noise. Very small TV. WiFi it’s unreliable and so slow you can’t stream on good quality. Swimming pool it’s the size of a bathtub. I guess the only good thing is if you call the number on reception (there’s no physical person there) but if you call the number they will get the call right away.
