The pleasant architectural setting of the residence, which features a small playground and a barbecue area surrounded by lush greenery, is centrally located near the reception area and a blue swimming pool with a hydromassage area and equipped solarium. Various shops and services are nearby, and a bus stop is just 100 meters away.
