Hotel was spotless! Standard room was very nice. I gave 4 stars because the water pressure was horrible! If it's because they want to conserve water, that didn't happen with me because my shower took me 3 times longer to get the shampoo and conditioner out. So frustrating! Also, the bathroom has a barndoor that has an inch opening all the way around it. Don't expect ANY privacy.

Do not stay here

We decided to not stay. Homeless encampment next to property. Parking lot smells like urine and room wasn’t cleaned and had a weird smell. We walked into the room and with five minutes checked out and decided to stay at feather river instead

The property was very nice and clean. They have a lot of stores and restaurants around within walking distance. Not far from the casino's. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. All parking spots are close and they have security at night in the parking lot. I would stay here again.

Hotel was new and clean. No trouble checking in with front desk. Bed was comfy but wished for comfier pillows but overall, we still had a pretty good sleep. Loved that Sonics was walking distance 😂

Overall the property was great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The room we reserved on Expedia was not available when we got there, so that was the only problem we had.

Would've given more stars but..

The Hotels.com website does not tell you there is a $100 deposit. I stayed 1 night and the cost was $157+$ 100 deposit..Thats alot of $ to put up for just a 1 night stay. I will get my $100 deposit returned in 5 to 7 days, but I think thats something that should be disclosed beforehand. The hotel is nice but there is many homeless and up to no good people around the grounds of the hotel parking lot.I worried about my car throughout the night, which was not comforting. Staff was nice, breakfast was good, hotel is clean, and soft beds.
