The property had bedbugs. We had to move to another hotel (my family of 6, including 4 kids under age 12). I tried to get a refund through the booking platform but they said the host never responded.

This property was absolutely beautiful and came with every amenity you could ask for. It was also a super convenient location, no more than one minutes from the sights of Orta San Giulio.Most importantly, the host Cristina was amazing to work with. Definitely one of the best hosts we have had in our VRBO experiences.Would highly recommend for sure!
