Great hotel

Staff was great, the room was charming and the breakfast was the best in Italy! There was street noise in the later evening as we were trying to sleep. We are not party people. The arrival and parking situation was unclear as this was our first Ortigia trip. I thought that we had arranged for someone to park our car. We had to walk our luggage in to the hotel with no where to park leaving someone with the car and police officers telling us we could not stay there then drive to a public parking and pay there. We needed help to find the hotel property and this took lots of texts.

Absolutely super hotel, in a fabulous location

We loved this hotel -- the location is perfect and the staff couldn't be more helpful and lovely. The AC is strong and the facilities are well maintained. The included breakfast is comprehensive and delicious!! Shoutout to Sabrina at the front desk who was extra helpful to us when trying to get our car at an unusual time.

The staff was very professional and serviceminded. This creates a very friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was also very good!

It was a great experience. The hotel owners did an excellent job with the remodel. Our room was very comfortable. The room and hotel facilities were better than the pictures. Bravo!
