The property was magnificent !Mauritio the person in charge of reception is so courteous and thoughtful.His professionalism and work ethic is superb .Made our stay perfect.The manager of the premises Greta is unbelievably gracious and makes you feel right at home .I miss them already .Don’t hesitate to stay here the view of Orvieto is magnificent .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pietra Campana. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The view at sunset is as memorable and spectacular as the beautiful roses garden surrounding the hotel. We loved every aspect of Pietra Campana. The property is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of Orvieto. The pool was perfect with very comfortable lounge chairs. Our meals at the restaurant were delicious, fresh and memorable. Overall, Giacomo and Mauritizo took excellent care of and we wished we could have stayed there longer.

Beautiful countryside apartments near Orvieto.

Pietra Campana is a beautiful property set just outside of Orvieto. As a family of four with two teens, we had a rental car driving around the countryside. This property is gated and you need a code to get in which made us feel safe. It is about a ten minute drive into the centre of Orvieto. The property is amazing with a beautiful view of Orvieto which is lit up at night. We were only there for one night and the weather was cold and windy, so we didn't spend more time walking around the property's gardens or sitting out on the patio. We would have enjoyed that element if the weather was better. Breakfast was included which was a simple, buffet style and they prepared our eggs and coffee to order. It was perfect for our needs. We had a clean, two bedroom unit towards the back of the property which granted us the beautiful views of Orvieto. I thought the bathroom was very pretty and it had good shower pressure. The bed was not very soft, but I DID have the best night's sleep of my trip while I was there. They offer laundry service as an amenity but that means they take your laundry and send it out. I had mistakenly assumed that the laundry was in our unit. Francesca, our host, was friendly, helpful and had a lovely personality. The place we chose from her dinner recommendations was delicious. I would come back again to enjoy this location and I would try to be there when it was warmer to take in all that it has to offer.
