Clean and good location but you can hear your neig

The place was very clean and in good location. We did not like how you can hear your neighbors through the walls and ceiling. You can hear a lot of footsteps and doors closing.

I'm usually easy going But The unit I stayed in was very dirty. The supplies (bar soap etc.) None. When walking on the floors my socks were pitch black. Bathroom sink plug didn't work. The outside air unit was next to the bedroom window was very noisy keeping me awake during the night.
