One king, four queen beds, one twin over double bunk bed, and a futon sofa will fit your entire family/friends and then some! A fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room, and a screened in deck with a beautiful lake view! This home is perfect for large groups or families! Smart TVs throughout home, Wi-Fi, and kitchen appliances/condiments included. Two community pools for renters to use. Margaritaville amenities at your disposal for additional cost directly to Margaritaville. What's special about us? We donate 5% of our annual proceeds to a charity near and dear to us, Brett's First Responders!

Home is newly renovated & a new staff is eager for the upcoming busy seasons at the Lake!! Host requires a way to contact guests within the home (cell phone number).
