Great location, reasonable rates, available amenities. Be prepared to be quiet as neighbor is very sensitive to noise and you may be asked to leave if unable to contain noise after 8pm.

It was well kitted out with large beds with fresh bedding, good kitchen appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Microwave, grill and hob also. Spacious bathroom areas with washing machine and generous laundry capsules, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and loo rolls. Nice towels. Great outdoor space.

Amazing stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the place was so cozy! We were very close to the to Yotsubashi line, so access to Kansai was very easy! There is a Lawson very close by so that was very convenient. The owner provided directions to the apartment that were very helpful :) Amazing stay!

新築のホテルで家のように快適に過ごせました。 ベッドも広くよく眠れました。 マンションの外でゴミが溢れかえっていたのが少し気になりましたが、それ以外は満足です。 また利用したいと思いました！

Fantastic value for money, all amenities were there. The neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of options to eat in a restaurant, go to a convenience store, take the metro to Namba, ... Every evening coming back to the apartment, felt like arriving home.

The apartment is close to the subway. In a safe zone. I recomend this place for two or three people, it is small. The bathroom looks like new.
