Hotel is at a great location and is very close to OCAT (Osaka City Bus Terminal) and Namba Subway Sation. Staff are very friendly and can speak English. Rooms are clean and quiet and amenities are good. Check-in and Check-out process is easy and fast. The only downside is rooms are quite small. I would highly recommend this hotel due to its convenient location and cleanliness and its great customer service.

Location of this hotel is good, building is just next to the bus terminal. So taking bus shuttle to airport is very convenient, highly recommended. No need drag yr heavy luggage to the train station, save lotsa times. Only bad thing is room super small, those carrying big luggage(28 inch-31inch) really need twice staying there, opening the luggage can be tedious…even though can store luggage underneath the bed. Check-in & check-out is fast & easy, all self service. Onsen is good, 3 different pools to soak. Do take note to avoid crowded timing. Will stay here again if I’m coming back. 👍

Very convenient location in Namba! Easy access to trains and Dotonbori. Not a whole lot of interaction with staff - kiosk check in. Room was small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Note that the most basic standard room faces inward to the hotel, there is no sunlight. Not an issue for me but as someone who works in hotels, I know this is a big thing for many people. Also note the public bath is NOT TATTOO FRIENDLY. This is common in Japan but thought it worth to mention. The hotel will only provide two pretty small tattoo covers to wear while in the bath so if you have anything larger - as the Japanese say “しょうがない” can’t be helped.

Excellent hotel. Clean. Rooms are small but functional. Located literally 50 meters from Namba station if you find the proper exit. The hotel is so big it has its own 7/11 on the 4th floor. Very convenient for snacks or a cheap meal. Dontonburi was a 8 minute walk or 500 yen taxi ride. Only issue was the heat. I found the hotel temperature too hot and you can’t adjust it even though there’s a temperature gauge in the room. But this is a very minor issue as most people would want their room to be warm in the winter.
