We loved our stay at the APA Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower. It was in a great location, the public bath was beautiful and extremely clean, and the rooms were clean. While the rooms were very small compared to hotels back in the US, there was room to store luggage under the bed, which we found to be extremely helpful. There was a 7-Eleven inside of the hotel, which was a huge plus. Additionally, they had multiple washers and dryers, which made doing laundry a breeze. When we come back to Osaka in the future, we will certainly consider this hotel to stay at again.

This hotel has everything you need. Onsen, pool (was closed), 7-11, ATM, public laundry area, etc. the room is cleaned everyday. Very small but they provide everything you need. There’s no view, your view will be internal building. So it’s a place just to sleep and go out to explore. Close to the station.

Excellent property with great transport options using the Kansai Wide Area JR Pass. The public bath was clean and usable everynight that we didn't even need the room showers. For a family of four we got the connecting rooms to maximise our space.

Extremely convenient coming from KIX airport by taking a limousine bus. The bus dropped us off right in the property. This is extremely valuable as we do not want to walk around with large and heavy luggage. The facility is clean and new with lots of cool features such as public bath, amazing roof-top view, on-site buffet and other restaurants with bar, etc. The only thing was that the space of the room was so limited where we could only open our luggage on top of bed and felt pretty limited in movement. I still give a 5-star regardless.

Very convenient location at the heart of Osaka. Great facility and amenities. A tad small but expected for Japan, and not inconvenient. I loved having access to a public bath. I think the elevators can be a bit busy during peak times, but it was great overall. Would love to stay again.

Be aware that it’s too many people staying there that we have to wait in line for the elevator to get to our room. Overall the quality of the hotel is good and has plenty amenities, but you have to wait for everything. It took us 4h to do our laundry in the hotel washer and dryer. The good part is the hotel is literally next to the metro station, walkable to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel also is beautiful and look very fancy. The room was small but they all are in Japan, the bed was very comfortable. The only down side is that it’s too busy. They have onsen but we weren’t able to go because it was full of people.

Great location to explore namba and close to trains. The hotel building is nice and modern, and the room was nice - confortable bed, good amenities. The breakfast was so-so, it was busy and the coffee wasnt good. And it gets extrenely busy at check in / out times and the lifts can be very crowded. Id stay here again though, a good option for the price.

This hotel has 40 floors and 59 rooms a floor so its really busy. However it’s in a great location and is clean and safe. The central AC can get a bit cold in late April
