We booked this hotel mainly because of the pool and the spa that are advertised. Upon checking if we found that it’s not the regular spa we are accustomed to on North America but Japanese Onsen. This is an important clarification that was missed in the advertising. I would definitely not take my kids into an onsen with all naked people. It really impacted our experience of the hotel. We over paid for something that was inaccurately advertised.

Finally after 2 weeks in Japan in the uncomfiest beds this hotel had the comfiest beds. I will absolutely stay here anytime I'm back. The rooftop spa is incredible after 2 weeks of walking more than you ever have. Beautiful property gorgeous views all the employees were so nice. Room is good size shower was great. Location is right across from a subway station. There's a lawson below the hotel for all the snacks and drinks you need. This was my highlight hotel of the trip. The area is a little businessey less touristy I found the quietness nice after dealing with large crowds for 2 weeks. I will reiterate the spa at the top is incredible. The gym is really nice as well.

Hotel was in a convenient location, staff were very helpful. One thing I wish I knew before booking - this is a modern hotel with traditional bathing rules I.e no swimwear, that’s not my thing (my preference) so didn’t use the facilities at all. It was in the small print but I didn’t expect a rooftop pool to have these rules. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew that as I feel I paid a premium for this. Other than that, hotel was nice.

Great location, 2 min walk to metro station line to explore Osaka. 10 min walk to restaurants and bars. Hotel rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, amazing sky spa. The hotel is lacking a bar, or snack food and restaurant was very expensive and lacked any vegetarian food exceot pizza.

This hotel is expensive but I like the modern style of this hotel. The sauna and spa on level 31 is excellent. I recommend anyone who stay there, have buff breakfast early in the morning. It is worth to include it.

Everything about this hotel was great, except for the bathroom door. Who thought of this? There’s no room to walk into the bathroom and close the door. You’ll have to maneuver your legs around the toilet, hugging the toilet, and close the door with your hand behind your body. Ever thought of having the door swing outward? Everything else was great.
