The hotel rooms are so nice, the view from the higher floors is stunning, it’s a little out of the way but I would still say walkable or a short cab. I do wish their gym facility offered more options but overall amazing hotel friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby.

This hotel was amazing—truly a 5-star experience! The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and delicious food, and the spa was well-equipped and relaxing. Guest service went above and beyond in every interaction. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful city views. The location is also excellent—just minutes on foot from major tourist attractions, train stations, and the Yodo river in Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who can spend a little extra for a truly memorable stay.

Staff was helpful. The room itself was poorly maintained and smelt like sewage. We found a used floss and hair on the floor upon check in. Bed was uncomfortable, pillow and bedsheet were humid and smelt like they weren’t dried properly. Location wasn’t that ideal - a long walk after exiting Namba station. Would not stay again or recommend.

Great modern hotel. Perfectly located close to Dotombori but surrounded by newer shopping and restaurants. Best of both worlds. Breakfast buffet was also great!
