Kõik vajalik olemas, kööginurk, pesemisvahendid (isegi hambahari ja hambapasta). Üldiselt puhas, kuid natuke "väsinud" (näiteks ei voolanud vesi duširuumis korralikult kiiresti kohe ära - äravool oli aeglane). Sooja vee saamiseks pidi kraanil mõnda aega vett voolata laskma, enne kui sooja vett hakkas tulema. Aga vaatamata sellele kui liigset mugavust taga ei aja, siis täiesti korralik koht kus ööbida, arvestades ka soodsat hinda.
