We arrived early for check in and staff gladly took our bags in. However, at the end of the night when we returned, we were shocked to see that our bags were left in the middle of the lobby, not even near the staff counter, making it accessible to anyone walking by. On another note, there was a strong smell of smoke in the lobby as the hotel set up a smoking area up front. Overall, a great 3 star hotel close to many amenities and convenient!

Great location- close to the subway and to shopping, like Daimaru, Parco, and Shinsaibasi-Suji. Also next door to the Aeon grocery Store that offers great Japanese food. Room is smaller and did not allow us to lay out our 2 carry-on luggages. Very clean
