Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. On rainy date, umbrellas are placed in lobby for us to borrow..very thoughtful! Steps away from metro Y line exit 2 and supermarket next door. Walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Too loud noises ftom the outside. We paid for our daily breakfast while we were staying. It was pour quality of food selections. Carpet generally dirty in our room and the halls. Very disappointed.

I was given a room where the previous tenant had smoked even though it’s prohibited. It triggered my asthma symptoms. The staff was good and dealt with it appropriately and gave me another room, but the smoking area out right at the entrance was very much an irritant everytime I left or came back.

It's close to subway station and there's 24/7 supermarket beside the hotel. The area has many restaurants and shopping centers. Also very walkable to Namba or 1 subway stop away. The room is clean and quiet.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with a few convenience stores, a grocery store next door, and walking distance from the train station. The staff we interacted with during our stay were very helpful. Bed and pillows were comfy. However, there is a smoking area right next to the entrance of the hotel. Although they have an automatic odor neutralizing spray, the smell may still be bothersome. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Osaka!

Convenient hotel

This hotel was very conveniently located in the Shinsaibashi neighborhood and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi station. There were tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby so I found it as a great place to stay. The condition of the hotel was fine. It was a bit old and fairly basic, but they did offer plenty of amenities in the lobby and the rooms were still fairly comfortable. I think the location and access to transportation was worth it overall.

The place was really clean, no issues with my room. Location was great, it’s right next to a grocery store and train stations. Staff was really friendly and helped organize luggage transportation to Tokyo. My only complaint is the smoking area. It’s right next to the entrance of the door and it’s open so when you walk into the hotel, the smell just lingers into the lobby. Everytime I walked in and out of the hotel, all I smelled was smoke. Otherwise I would’ve given the place 5/5 stars.
