Amazing location! We really loved this neighborhood; it’s fun and edgy, and super close to Dotonbori. We had our luggage shipped here from Tokyo, and that worked well. The dinosaurs at check-in were a hoot. The rooms are small but normal for a Japanese hotel at this price point, and everything was clean.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The height of our stay was that the staff Sok made sure that our heater worked properly. It's very cold in December and my wife and I were very comfortable when we went back. The amenities were amazing and we hope to return here in the future. Definitely a must stay!

Room set up was a little odd, the sink was in the main room and shower was a little odd of a set up. The fire alarms also went off in the middle of the night which scared us, but it ended up being a false alarm.

Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Extra pillows were available on request and the onsite laundry was extremely handy. They have a vacuum sealer for shrinking down clothing/stuffed animals but did not use it. Rooms were cleaned frequently and staff were excellent. The location is also great (I recommend the pizza place nearby if you’re tired and want something close and tasty). My only complaint keeping me from giving a 5 star is the rooms are getting a little dated/worn. Marks on the walls and frays on the carpet. It didn’t affect our stay and it’s just a minor issue in my part.

Interesting concept to have the animatronic velociraptors as concierge. It worked just fine and was a fun story to tell afterward. The hotel otherwise is quite clean and in an excellent location, otherwise pretty unremarkable. I would stay with my kids again, it was fun! The area around the hotel has lots of amazing food and entertainment options.

The only this would be that the r smoking area is right a the entrance so anytime you exit or enter you can smell cigarettes. Also they did not give up and new glass for the 5 days we were there. They came and cleaned the room, gave us new towels but never gave us any new glasses

In a good location. Overall the amenities were poor compared to other similar priced and classed hotels in Japan. Prices for items such as laundry were almost double the cost of other hotels. Space in room could be used more efficiently. Bed was comfortable. For a 1-2 night stay and if the price is right, as mentioned, location is convenient but I would not recommend beyond a 2 night stay.

Dinosaurs!

Robot dinosaurs at check in ! Good hotel, central to action in Dotombori and Namba. Laundry onsite but also across street (cheaper). Lots of eating and shopping around but quiet inside hotel.

Busy area so expect a little noise at night. Robot dinosaurs were very welcoming. In room robot was confusing and not worth the extra cost. Breakfast offered by a joined cafe was ok. Cooked breakfast with a selection of pastries to add to your meal.
