Check in and check out was easy using the kiosks, the hotel is very nice and modern with good amenities. The hotel is not directly connected to Osaka station or Osaka-Umeda, it is another 8-10 min walk via sky bridge.

We made the decision to get a slightly larger room - no regrets! Hotel is fairly new and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Located near the station and attached to a shopping mall, it is convenient for many things, although navigating the complexity of the station can be slightly confusing. It is located in a slightly quieter part of the station as well, and there were fewer crowds around the area which made it more comfortable and inviting after a day of touring.

This hotel was brand new and very clean! It had easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the park. Our kids loved it since it was right next to the park. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

It was a great hotel, but my only complaint is that catching taxis, especially Go was not convenient. Having to walk to the Ongate Corner of the Osaka Station was not great, especially in the summer heat. There were very few Affordable breakfast venues near hotel that open before 8/9. The walk to the Midosuji line was a bit far.

Plenty of dining and shopping options around. Very clean and well maintained. Fantastic aircon in the room. We stayed in a standard double room and loved the room design. We had plenty of room for our suitcases. There is an eco clean option where staff will leave new towels and water at your door or you can choose to have your room cleaned. Our only dislike were the very scratchy sheets which seemed lower quality than some of our stays at other hotels.
