The hotel location was perfect and in a stunning complex. The rooms were comfortable, stylish. The hotel was right above the train station, a food court, and some shopping areas. Overall, I would return to this property for future Osaka trips.

The rubbish inside the room wasn’t been clean up everyday and was told by the staff on third day of staying when asking the staff. It was very non-hygienic and not acceptable. The staff just told us to wrap the rubbish by ourself and leave it outside the room if needed and didn’t mentioned that they will arrange to replace new rubbish bag for us! Also if we want to have housekeeping of the room on the third consecutive day, the staff told us not to press any button on the pad and they will arrange to come inside the room to clean up. This was not mentioned by anyone of the hotel during our check in day as well. The arrangement was massive as the pad didn’t mentioned of this arrangement as well. How can the guest know this arrangement?
