There is nothing I can fault about this hotel, I have high standards for cleanliness and it met everyone of them. It was impeccably clean, shower was amazing, bed was comfy, the room was not stuffy or grubby at all. Staff spoke English well or could use a translating app well. They were friendly and helpful. 10/10 will stay here every time I visit Osaka

Very nice hotel relatively new - in general staff was friendly, rooms were small but nice with great views of the city. Check-in process was crowded but it was efficient: If it is your first time in Osaka station, I recommended getting clear instructions from the hotel on how to walk from the Osaka station; it can get confusing if it is your first time.

This is a brand new hotel in the Umekita Park area. Conveniently located next to the Osaka station, it was really easy for us to get around Osaka from here. The room felt luxurious with great view of the city. In addition, it was really clean and spacious as well. Other key amenities in this hotel includes gym, self-service washer and dryer. They also have a microwave on the 6th floor for you to warm up your food. The hotel is connected to a food court with a lot of options to choose from. Lastly, there are a lot of shopping options nearby the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
