Attentive and helpful staff. We chose not to get our rooms cleaned daily and every time I called housekeeping for anything we needed, they delivered right away (2 bottles of water, extra towels and amenities) The location was perfect! The room is a bit small but enough for 2. Will stay here again.

This place nails it — huge rooms, Shinsaibashi Station downstairs, and shopping so good your suitcase gains weight and your credit card starts sweating. The shower? Think Niagara Falls in a luxury tube. The vibe? Clean, comfy, dangerously convenient. Would stay again in a heartbeat
