Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Staff spoke english and were able to send out luggage via yamoto on to the next leg of our trip. The location was great bc it was 8 mins to the mitosuji line that takes you around Osaka. Also it is just 15min walk to Dotonbori to get to all the food stalls and the glico man. We would definitely stay here again as there were many hidden gems around the location.

Overall was a good location just off of some of the main shopping streets in Osaka and near Shinsaibashi metro. Room was clean and nice to have a bath in the room. Water refill downstairs was very helpful and a convenience store a couple doors down.

A pretty nice hotel. Nearby is actually a lot of places to get good food and it is around a 15 minute walk from Shinsaibashi shopping street. The breakfast is only ok because it isn't that good but was a cheap add on to the hotel. You experience varies based on your neighbors. The place has paper thing walls. During our last few days we had Indian? neighbors who just made the experience suck. They group together outside in the hallway at around 3-4 am and talked obnoxiously loud so ruined our sleep. Not to mention with the paper thin walls, I can hear them use the bath every time.
