Nice and clean hotel near Shin-Osaka train station. Excellent breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western choices. Rooms are on the small side. If you have 3 guests, recommend upgrading to a room for 4 guests (two queen beds). Many restaurants nearby but not many shopping places. The major shopping areas are just a few subway stops away. Several laundry machines on 4th floor.

Definitely a recommendation for Osaka

The rooms were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and room was just right for the 4 of us. Having a washer/dryer that actually dry the laundry properly is a first. Loved the hotel and the room. Being so close to the Shin-Osaka station was the cherry on top.

This is a beautiful property with excellent service and very friendly staff. the breakfast buffet could’ve been a dinner buffet! So many choices and the food was excellent. Large onsen with excellent facilities. Hotel TV let you know the capacity of the restaurant and onsen at all times. About a block from the Shin-Osaka train station. This would be my top choice next time and it was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Japan. They also had an amenities bar with about 10 items that was so convenient. Our room was a corner room and had a washer/dryer combo in the room. Also had another guest laundry on the 4th floor.

Our room had alot of space. Bathroom we had the toilet was in a different room then the shower which was weird. Onset at night can get really busy! The buffet breakfast had alot of variety but needs some organization. Can feel crowd and chaotic.

Convenient Location.

This hotel is really well located next to the main station (although note further away from the city centre) so it's a great hotel for conveniently stopping over in Osaka before an early start the next day or using it as a base for day trips. The room size was extremely small but it had everything you needed for 1 night or intend to only use the room to sleep in. Check in and Check out was straightforward with little fuss. The service was overall very friendly too.
