Prior to my arrival, I made an inquiry via email regarding the hotel's luggage transfer service to Tokyo. I was informed that I simply needed to submit my luggage one day before 11 AM for it to be delivered to Tokyo.
Upon my arrival, on the third or fourth day, I sought to reconfirm the luggage transfer service. I was then informed that, due to Black Friday, my luggage would not reach Tokyo by the following day, but rather in four to five days. This information was quite disappointing and unexpected. I believe I should have been informed of this upon my arrival, and I consider myself fortunate to have proactively checked with the staff a few days beforehand.
The staff did provide assistance by identifying the nearest convenience store offering luggage transfer services and aided in completing the necessary forms.
Overall, the hotel's cleanliness was commendable; the room was consistently tidied, and trash was removed daily.
The washing and drying machine, while taking a considerable amount of time to complete its cycle, was still deemed acceptable.
Shin-Osaka Station is approximately a 5-10 minute walk away. The journey to the station was quite enjoyable.
