Nice stay in Shin-Osaka

Really good location and good breakfast. The Onsen area was really nice, but you had to cover tattoos. Room was nice but a little dated. Free water.

We loved staying at this property! We had our luggage shipped to the hotel, and after the easy check in process, I turned around and our luggage had magically appeared behind us. The room was clean and had a fantastic view! Washer/dryer unit made traveling light easier. Included breakfast had a lot of options, though it could get busy. Welcome drinks every day were my kids’ favorite! Close to Shin-Osaka station, easy walk.
