This hotel was sooo nice. It was really clean, nice and spacious and we liked that the bedroom closed off from the living area. I liked that the toilet was separate to the main bathroom and had a nice deep bath to relax in after all the walking. It was really close to two train stations, one only a few minutes walk away, and close to a 7/11. It was also within walking distance to Shinsaibashi shops and Dotonbori was walkable too. The staff were super friendly and always took the time to see how our day was. We will definitely come back to Mimaru again when returning to Osaka.

Clean, spacious rooms with kitchenette. 7 minutes walk to shinsaibashi shopping street and 10 minute walk to dotonburi. 1 minute walk to a train line. Luggage forwarding available. Lovely staff. Would stay here again.

Love Love Love the staff here. They welcome us every day and night and we will chat about what we did that day! We love staying here, everything is perfect! This location is quiet and its so so so so close to Shinsaibashi. The underground shops are all so good too! Especially a mini super market which has basically everything including ready to get home and heat it up dinners, or sushi or bento boxes or if you want to cook you could grab some meat, or breakfast breads if you want to try something else than family mart, Lawson or 711! Definitely will come here again

The staff were super nice and the property was in a good area but the pillows are terrible they kept falling out of their pillow cases and also uncomfortable. Mattresses were hard and my back and my husband’s back both hurt every morning. Shower and bathroom were fine, as expected.

Good location and good place to stay with kids

Good location near subway and walking distance to Namba area. Staff was super helpful and attentive and overall the hotel room was very spacious and a great place to stay with kids. We had some issues with the hot water (it seemed to be somewhat intermittent and we had to take some cold showers) and one of the bidets was not working. Also, the beds were super hard. Overall was a good place to stay.

The service at Mimaru Shinsaibashi North was impeccable. Very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. The area is quiet and close by lots of places to eat and shop. We got a 2 bedroom so it was very roomy with a small kitchen area and fridge. Daily housekeeping which is also appreciated. We would stay at Mimaru hotels again.

The staff was super friendly, and the location was great. Our overall experience was great. My only negative comment is they charge for early check in, our room was ready at noon and they wanted $40 to allow us to check in early vs the 3pm check in.

Clean and spacious

Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke really good English. Our room was very clean and spacious. Kinda odd that the toilet is not near the shower/sink area, but we did not mind that. Shower pressure was great!

First time here and we were very pleased! Location was perfect close to train stations and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and of course Japans famous 7 Elevens.
