Good coffee shop a block over, very quiet neighborhood, automated hotel, water pressure is alright, the bed is standard for japan, no down sides to this one, luggage storage starts around 9am but there are lockers available in the train station down the street. Solid hotel, would book again

Clean, safe, updated amenities. Great location, 2 minute walk to osakoko station, shops and restaurants 7 -11 right down the street, taxi to universal was 2500 yen, taxi was easy to hail at osakoko station. My kid really liked the aquarium and ferris wheel, with the arcade at the mall as well as food court, 5 minute walk. Excellent value!

We love everything about our stay at Marina. This is a modern building completely automated in a quiet area within walking distance to Osakajo metro station. It’s rather an apart hotel than a traditional one. Rooms are well equipped and spacious for Japanese standards. There’s no front fest but staff will respond quickly to online requests. I’d definitely rễcommend this property.

I will not stay at this hotel in the future. There was no staff available anywhere in case you needed anything like extra towels or pillows and the beds were so hard it felt like you were sleeping on the floor, terrible nights sleep.

The beds and pillows were not soft and comfortable. Check-in was a struggle, as all codes and digital on a tablet in the lobby. No human contact. Couldn't get my passport scanned in to finish check-in. They need better instructions on how to operate door code keypads and check-in tablets. Very secure place and well located to restaurants, aquarium, theater and bay Cruise.

The only improvement would be a softer bed, but, it seems the harder beds are just the norm in Japan. Possibly odd comment but, the water pressure in the shower was brilliant!! Almost massage level and felt fantastic after a long day of exploring!!

This place had a great location for the Osakako Station on the Chuo line and was walking distance to the Osaka Aquarium and the Giant Ferris Wheel. Quiet area but we were not out past 8pm any night. A few dining options, small but good. The room was very nice, great shower! The bed was very hard. But when I needed additional bedding it was brought up promptly. This is an unmanned place but the staff were responsive to messages. The room was clean but there were some stains on the carpet. The area for laundry was outside and the hall you had to walk through was dirty with a bad smell like trash.

They need to emphasize how you enter your code for your room. We were never able to figure out how to reduce the length of time of the motion sensor for the light in the hallway.
