The room was cold The breakfast was awful for westerners Tried to use the airport shuttle , but it was not clear this had to be booked in advance which was one of the main reasons to book the hotel in the end we have to get the train both on arrival and departure to the hotel .. Easy check in and check out. Very high turnover busy hotel, so airport shuttle will be fully booked if you don't book in advance. Restaurant shuts after 9pm and wait for the lifts is long due to the volume of guests checking in and out.

I was very disappointed with the limited airport shuttle, which only operates in the morning and ends service at 11 AM. Additionally, there was a constant water-running noise through the pipes in the walls of the rooms, which was very annoying when trying to relax or sleep. My sisters-in-law experienced the same issue in their room, even though it was on another floor and on the opposite side of the hotel.
