Hotel is on the mainland at the end of the causeway to Kansai Airport a shuttle bus to the airport is included which was handy. I used this hotel as I had an early flight & was convenient rather than travel from Osaka 45 mins away by train.the room was bigger the the average Japanese hotel room ,is multi storey higher floors have no traffic noise

Convenient Location

The area was great and the train station was close by. The customer service was not so great and they couldn’t provide a taxi cause we had 6 bags and 3 people. I asked for a minivan and they said no and just stared at us.
