Good hotel close to airport

Hotel room was split between beds and sitting area with a bathroom between them. Room had a nice view of the city and you could just see the harbor. Bed was adequate size and comfort. Rooms had separate heat controls. The bathroom space was a bit strange as the door opened out into the small hallway between the beds and sitting area (making it a bit of an obstacle) and you had to step up into the bathroom. Bathroom wasn’t very large, but did have a soaking bath tub that was very nice. Room was very clean and had a small fridge. There were vending machines in the hotel, but they only took Japanese credit cards. Area nearby were mostly businesses. There was however a nice park and walking path along the water, a grocery store and a small café all within walking distance. There was also a restaurant in the hotel. It was very close to the airport, maybe 7 minutes. Taxi cost almost 42 dollars! There was however a free shuttle back to the airport, bonus.

Very nice breakfast buffet and compassionate front desk staff who were able to provide us with cash to pay for our taxi fare when we didn't have money during our early morning check-in. This hotel has amazing views and we found the area convenient and good for shopping.

This property is attached to the bridge off the train station so it was super convenient and safe. I only stayed one night since I was flying out of Kansai Airport and they offered morning shuttle service which made it even more convenient!

Perfect stay to end our Japan trip! Free shuttle to the airport and very close which made everything very smooth and easy. The staff were very kind and the room was very spacious and clean. They also had coin operated washers and dryers which was very convenient as well.

It’s close to the airport and the facilities and room in the hotel was very good. It’s also walkable to the premium outlets which was why we stayed here for a night. The train station is nearby and we could take the train to nearby districts for other food options too. Overall a very nice experience!

I booked using a Japanese credit card, spoke Japanese when checking in, and the staff asked for my passport or zairyu card. Legally, hotels can’t ask for zairyu cards. Critical thinking would suggest I live in Japan. They could’ve asked that but didn’t, instead asking for asking they don’t have a right too. Then I was asked to sign for my booking and it was the wrong name. Zero apologies. Rather poor service. Nice room but the staff need better training.
